How to Administer Valbazen to Your Chickens:
Preparation:
Shake the Valbazen bottle well before use to ensure the active ingredients are evenly distributed.
Prepare a syringe for accurate dosage measurement.
Dosage:
Use the following dosage and either syringe into the mouth, or add it to a piece of bread and feed it. The recommended dosage is 5-20 mg/kg PO; Repeat in two weeks. This is roughly:
1/4cc for bantam sized breeds
1/2cc for regular and large size breeds
Calculate the total dosage needed based on the weight of each chicken.
5ml would deworm roughly 5 chickens (first treatment and second treatment 2 wks later)
10ml would deworm roughly 10 chickens (first treatment and second treatment 2 wks later)
15ml would deworm roughly 15 chickens (first treatment and second treatment 2 wks later)
Administration:
Administer Valbazen orally, directly into the chicken’s mouth. For accurate dosing, it's best to use a small syringe or dropper.
Ensure each chicken receives the correct dosage individually to guarantee effective treatment.
Withdrawal Period:
Do not consume eggs from treated chickens for at least 10 days after the last dose of Valbazen.
Similarly, meat from treated chickens should not be consumed for at least 14 days post-treatment.
Repeat Treatment:
Repeat in 14 days.
